Noticed the one on Flyffansite has been removed, and more and more posts are popping up asking for this information. the date on this was 1/6/06 so since version 6 alot of this is probally moot now.
Generally the drop rate as of Version 6 is any monster can drop any item within a few levels of them. Ie you can get level 45 greens from Wheelems(52-53) and level 60 greens from Cranes(66-67).. there are obvious exceptions, one being that plugs drop from flying monsters and Clockworks has a unique drop table
If I find credit to whoever compiled this list I will definitly put credit where its due. I suspect its a copy from flyfffansite.

2: Speculative Advice / The Hunting Guide
In the correct order of hunting:
At level 20, Attack captain mothbees and only captain mothbees, keep fighting them in the hopes of plugs or demol earings, always attack giant mothbees.
If you get them, or if you do not want demol or plugs level 1 (as you will get plugs level 2, or you want higher level plugs) then instead at the level of 21 go to the dungeon and hunt Giant Mutant Nyangs. There should be plenty in the second last room, aim for Mental Necklace +3. Otherwise continue as per normal.
At level 38 attack Flbyrigen in an attempt for plugs if you can, if you dont want them note:
when you are there level 41, attack bantam basques in an attempt to get the avalon shield,
When you reach level 45, attack rockepellers in hopes of demol or Plugs +4.
Always hit giant Puke Pukes Giant Nyang Nyang Giant Bangs Giant Card puppets Giant Pranksters Wheelems Giant Steamwalkers, or the clockworks if you can defeat it. These have rare weapons.
I find fighting creep nyangnyangs for there shield ineffective as the spawn rate + the amount of ppl around usually limits your abillity for killing. Bantam Basques have a much easier time in looking for the shield.
Always fight air creatures as much as you can.
Good luck hunting! Gift box and Fortune circle will help allot!
